Payment for services

Notificaiton of subscription ending is sent 15 days before payment. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the suspension and eventual termination of the service. ArtiveHost reserves the right to terminate your service at any time after your invoice is delayed and will not be liable for any data loss due to termination.


ArtiveHost Recommends that clients back up their data to their personal computers or remote storage servers. Customers are responsible for their own data. ArtiveHost is in no way responsible for the data loss due to faulty hardware or other catastrophic event.

ArtiveHost has a backup system that backups your files, database, and emails for the last 7 days, although ArtiveHost is not responsible if data is not working correctly after the restoration, so clients should always back up their data in their personal computer.

Illegal use

Our products and services may only be used for lawful purposes. The transmission, distribution, storage, or connection to any material in breach of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, trademarks, or other copyrighted material.


All users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding bulk and commercial e-mail.

If, as a result of your actions, mail servers or IP addresses are blacklisted or other mail filtering software systems, your hosting may be suspended and possibly terminated after a review.


ArtiveHost reserves the right to limit the volume of messages sent by users in order to maintain the quality of e-mail services to other members. If the Customer wants the frequent sending of legal bulk mail to hundreds or thousands of recipients, he can use newsletters sending services such as SendInBlue, Mailchimp etc.

Bulk email advertising is strictly prohibited.

SMTP authentication

The customer must use SMTP authentication in the registration forms (or communication, ordering) and generally any application that sends emails through its websites. If the Customer does not know how to do SMTP authentication on the forms of his site, he should contact the Technician of his website.

ArtiveHost offers services to setup this services if needed.

Maximum allowed CPU limits for Elastic Sites

It is acceptable to use up to 50% of your package CPUs 24/7 or 100% of your package CPUs for a short period of time. Since each Web Hosting package shares the CPU with other clients, consistent 100% CPU usage degrades the quality of service for other users on the same Server.

Maximum allowed CPU limits for Elastic Servers

CPU cores are server-only. You can use 100% of your distributed CPU for an unlimited time.

Disk & network

Disk speed and network are shared, so we may ask you to reduce your usage.

Prohibited use

The following are strictly prohibited uses and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination if found in your account:

  • Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks
  • Door scanning
  • Botnets
  • TOR output nodes
  • Open proxies
  • Open DNS resolver
  • Hello
  • Illegal downloads / piracy
  • Kloxo
  • Public video calling
  • Virtual currencies / cryptocurrencies / coin mining
  • Crypto Verification (smartnodes etc)
  • HentaiAtHome
  • Facebook crawlers
  • IP spoofing
  • Websites of fake products/imitations
  • Phishing
  • World Community Grid, Folding at Home or similar software
  • Prime95
  • CrystalMines
  • HYIP Websites
  • Booter / Stresser Websites
  • HitLeap or any artificial motion creation
  • iBusinessPromoter or similar software
  • Multics, CCcam or any other card sharing software
  • Chinese private gaming servers or related websites
  • Shadowsocks


We guarantee that our network and our Servers will operate 99.9% of the time each month, with the following exceptions:

  • Interruption due to account suspension
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • User activity errors

If we do not comply with the guarantee mentioned above, the customer will receive a credit x10 times the actual downtime amount. This means that if the Server is not accessible for 1 hour (beyond the 0.1% allowed), you will receive 10 hours of credit.

All claims must be received within five working days of the incident.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of our Terms of Service with or without prior notice.
